RETURN POLICY

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. But if, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your new jewellery piece or bag, you are entitled to return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer exchanges, but of course you are more than welcome to place a new order for another item.

A return must be requested by sending a completed return document to support@cufcreation.com. Upon receipt of this document, we will send you a printable shipping label to return the goods from the address where they were delivered. You can then schedule a pick-up or drop-off yourself.

Please note: returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and must be received ‘unaltered’, ‘unworn’ and in their original condition, with all the tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Upon receipt of your return, we will screen all products thoroughly before granting a refund. Used merchandise will not be accepted for a refund. If the item has been handled more than deemed necessary or returned after the 14 day period, CUF retains the right to decline the return request and the item will be sent back to you without a refund.

Once we receive your return, please allow 10 to 15 business days for your return to be evaluated and processed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We will send you an email when your refund has been processed, so you know it’s on its way.
