RETURN POLICY

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase!
However for any reason you are not satisfied with your new jewelry piece or bag, you are entitled to return your item within 14 days from the time of delivery. We do not offer an exchange. However you are more than welcome to place a new order for the item you want instead.

A return needs to be requested by filling out the return document and forwarding it to support@cufcreation.com
Upon receipt of this document, we will send you a printable shipping label for a return shipment from the same address as where the goods were delivered.
A pick up from the courier service or drop off needs to be organized by yourself.

Please note: returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received ‘unaltered’, ‘unworn’ and in original selling condition. With all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Upon return all products are screened in our house before granting a refund.
Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund. If the item has been handled more than deemed necessary or leaves after the 14 days notice, CUF earns the right to decline the return request and the item will be sent back to you without refund.

Refunding time: once we receive your return, please allow to 10-15 business days for your return to be evaluated and processed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when your refund has been processed, so you know it’s on the way.
